Our products are digital and ship with full source code. That makes the usual "no questions asked" return impossible to honour — once the source is downloaded, it cannot be returned. So instead of an unconditional promise we cannot keep, here is a policy that is fair, honest, and one we will actually stand behind.
If a component does not work as documented and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund a change of mind once the source code has been downloaded.
In these cases, email us within 14 days of purchase, tell us what went wrong, and we will either fix it fast or refund you in full.
Because the source is included and cannot be un-downloaded, change-of-mind returns are not possible. This is the trade-off of source-included digital goods, and we would rather be upfront about it than promise something we cannot honour.
Every component has a live, interactive demo on its product page so you can see exactly what you are getting before you pay. The documentation lists every supported feature. If anything is unclear, ask us first — hello@caustics.dev — and we will answer honestly about whether the component fits your use case.
Email hello@caustics.dev from the address you purchased with, include your order number or license key, and describe the problem. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within five to ten business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase, you may have been asked to waive the right of withdrawal at checkout in exchange for immediate access to the download — your applicable consumer rights still apply.
