How long does it take to set up?

Do you store our source data?
Cadence stores the metadata it needs to build the work graph — timestamps, stage transitions, and identifiers. It does not copy the full contents of your tickets or repositories. Scale customers can choose their data region.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from billing settings. Changes are prorated, and your history stays intact across plan changes.
What counts as a connected source?
