Jonas leads the studio’s product and identity work, translating strategy into systems that scale. He has a quiet obsession with grids and the spaces between things.

Amara builds the things the studio designs, with a bias for performance and accessibility. She believes the best engineering is the kind you never notice.
Tobias Lund
Motion & Interaction
Tobias gives the work its sense of timing — motion that signposts rather than decorates. He came from film and never quite left the editing bay behind.
Mei Andersen
Strategy Lead
Mei finds the one true thing a brand can stand on, then refuses to let the design wander from it. She runs the workshops everyone secretly enjoys.

Henrik keeps the work moving and the scope honest, so the team can stay in the craft. He is the reason the studio finishes what it starts.
